Ayotte Still Leads in NH Senate Race but Few Voters Decided 10/5/2009

Abstract

Former Attorney General Kelly Ayotte still holds a lead over Second District Congressman Paul Hodes in the race for the US Senate from New Hampshire although he does much better against other Republican challengers, Sean Mahoney and Ovide Lamontagne. However, with three Republicans currently contesting for the GOP nomination, and with the election more than a year off, only 6% of likely voters say they have definitely decided who they will support and 86% are still trying to decide who they will ultimately vote for.
