Abstract
The project is the demolition of the building that held our physical therapy department and the construction of a new space. I selected this project due to the size and complexity of the project. The ability to write the project charter, build a WBS, and follow the course recommendations have made a smooth process. The resulting space is a new and patient friendly physical therapy area that will provide a great service to our community.
