Abstract
Swing Fore Charity with Rochester Social Club is the first annual golf tournament led by the Rochester Social Club, a relatively newly formed non-profit organization. This project was chosen as it will be largest event/project the Rochester Social Club has held and will be the first project/event for which formal methods of Project Management are used. The hope is that not only will this event be the largest for the Club in respect to funds raised, but will serve as a reusable guide for the conduct of future events and projects managed by the Club.
