Abstract
The project I selected for my Capstone was a task assigned to me at the start of my tenure at a local college in Dallas, TX, where I held the position of Facilities Manager. The old security building was small, dilapidated and not functional for the campus security needs. Therefore, the sponsor of the project and I created a plan to bring the security building up to a new level and era of functionality. Starting with a new location, increased square footage and state of the art security monitoring system, the new campus security building will provide an enhanced security experience for the students, faculty and all visitors.
