Abstract

The purpose of this research project is to investigate the strategies that transformational leaders can use to manage age demographics in Human Resources. Transformational leadership is effective because it is aligned with principles, such as acceptance of others, diversity, innovation and open-mindedness to change and cultures. One challenge that Human Resources face in today’s workplace is age demographics. It is important for transformational leaders to use strategies to manage age demographics. Doing so makes it easier for employees and leaders to work as a cohesive unit to attain goals. The results explore strategies that transformational leaders can use to manage age demographics in Human Resources.
