GSC - Field Based Experiential Learning (FBEL) Process
The FBEL process for students and staff lacks efficiency, transparency and consistency. Every advisor has a different comfort level supporting students depending on AOI, which leads to varied advising practices and student experiences. Student comfort level throughout the FBEL process, as well as within the current system (CCN) could be improved.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT:
How do we create a process that is more transparent and increases student awareness and preparation, giving students what they need, when they need it?
