Description

Ceremonial procession on Castleton Garland Day. The Garland "Man" or "King", covered completely in flowers, rides a horse in the crowded street. He is followed by the "Woman" or "Queen" who is dressed like the "Betty" character. Onlookers stand nearby and the Nag's Head Hotel can be seen in the background.
