Description
A music manuscript with the notation for the song "Mr. Turner's Academy Cotillon" on the front. The reverse side has notation for the songs "Blue Bonnet", "Female Rake", and "The Oddity". Sources are listed on the manuscript. Part of the collection of songs and dances from the 17th and 18th centuries gathered by Bessie Osgood; ^"Mr. Turner's Academy Cotillon" is in G major and 2/4 time; "Blue Bonnet" is in G major and 2/4 time; "Female Rake" is in D major and 6/8 time; "The Oddity" is in G major and 6/8 time.
