Taking them in reverse order, this and the next issue consist primarily of papers presented at a [very well received] conference entitled Public Participation in Risk Management: Ethics, Science & Law which was held in Concord about a year ago - with financial assistance from the New Hampshire Humanities Council and the Administrative Conference of the United States."
