A tool for researchers to use when preparing the cover letter to be included in applications submitted to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) between 1/25/16 and 5/24/16, this template incorporates the most recent information from the NIH guidance documents as well as advice from the NIH Office of Extramural Research and various NIH Institutes and Centers.
